HOW TO USE
- Step 1 - Please remove any oil, dust or makeup residues on your brow.
- Step 2 - For sensitive skin types, please use any type of lip balm or vaseline around the brow area in order to avoid irritation.
- Step 3 - First, apply the PERM LOTION onto the brows evenly using the brush.
- Step 4 - After applying, brush your brows in order to be applied evenly and to fix the brow in your desired direction.
- Step 5 - After 6 minutes, use any type of wet tissue or cotton pad to remove the PERM LOTION.
- Step 6 - Apply the 2nd step, FIXATION onto your brows just like you did in the 1st step.
- Step 7 - After applying, brush your brows in order to be applied evenly and to fix the brow in your desired direction.
- Step 8 - After 6 minutes, use any type of wet tissue or cotton pad to remove the PERM LOTION. Comb your brow carefully, following the shape and direction of your brows using the brush included in the package.

PLEASE NOTE
- For people with sparse brows or sensitive skin, please be extra aware of the period of use.
- If you experience irritation when applied, please remove them right away.
- The type of brows vary, therefore, average processing time is recommended.
- If you are unaware of the amount and time suitable to your brows, try to
- extend the usage or timeline according to your brows when in use.

Return
- GEMHOUR will not accept any return of nails for hygienic reasons.
- However, if you received a wrong/defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days after reception of the package with pictures showing the issue clearly, so we can assist you.
- If you can't prove the defect of the product with the picture, but you still have an issue with the product, please send us pictures of nails. This process is for ensuring your safety, to prevent re-using problematic products.
- After we check the defects and the process above, you may receive a replacement or a refund.
- All nails are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
