Return

GEMHOUR will not accept any return of nails for hygienic reasons.
However, if you received a wrong/defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days after reception of the package with pictures showing the issue clearly, so we can assist you.
If you can't prove the defect of the product with the picture, but you still have an issue with the product, please send us pictures of nails. This process is for ensuring your safety, to prevent re-using problematic products.
After we check the defects and the process above, you may receive a replacement or a refund.
All nails are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours after payment, however if the order is already shipped, the cancellation may not be accepted.

If you are in between sizes, always choose the smaller size for proper adhesion.

Place strip over the center of your nail, starting from cuticle line and press the edge of the sticker outwards.

Trim the excess with nail clippers to ensure the stickers follow your shape or nail bed precisely.
Smooth away the excess for a perfect clean edge by using nail file.

Be sure to file in one direction at a time, filing from side to side will tear the edges.

Apply a drop of cuticle oil or nail remover onto the edge of your nail.
Then use manicure stick to gently and slowly lift nail stickers from the base of the cuticle.

You can customize your nails and create your own unique design with the gel-tube!
Try creating a water splash droplet nail design!
After you're done with customizing, cure for more than a minute under the UV light.
Finish off by applying top coat to make sure the design last longer!
