Despite our best efforts, if you have received a wrong/defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. If you can't prove the defect of the product with the picture, but you still have an issue with the product, please try to explain the issue so we can assist you. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the package with your order number, the name of the product(s) and pictures that clearly show the issue so we can assist you. After receiving your inquiry, our customer service will investigate and process with the compensation.
All nails are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Once you place your order, we try to ship your package as fast as possible. Therefore, we accept cancellations within 6 hours after payment. After this delay, we may accept to cancel your order depending on the preparation status.
